Crossing My Fingers……

Crossing My Fingers......In the next online live classes I will be changing things slightly so that the exercise class will be fast paced and heart racing fun plus a more cohesive connection for combinations and choreography for the dance class. In doing this I have found that the feedback that I have been getting from my free classes and instructional videos is really making a difference.

Keep them coming since the classes will be starting soon. I will be working on a bunch of things all at once since this book has been taking up so much time and has pushed me behind schedule. And that’s another short note I’d like to share with you. I am editing the last chapters of my book and the editing part which has been  a major part of my life is what is taking the longest. I tend to write like I talk so sometimes the words made no sense whatsoever and I was left scratching my head a few times trying to figure out what I was talking about. If I can’t figure it out then I know you guys would look at it and think I was speaking in tongues.

Once I am finished with the 26th chapter I will be screaming my head off and doing the hippity hop dance! Hopefully this weekend will be the jamming party (which just might be only in my head) just wish you were all here with me to have some fun celebrating the feeling of finally being done. Two years and counting is a long time to write and I can’t wait to get the core finished.

Hopefully the next blog will be……..telling you all I’m finished with the book. Here’s goes crossing my fingers and knocking on wood it happens

Online Classes; a Work in Progress

Next week will be the end of our first 4 week “live” online classes and I have to say it has been a wonderful experience to be able to share dance with all of you. For the first time we were able to give class instruction to dancers all over the world many of whom informed us that there were no teachers in their vicinity. For me this was huge because I remember my first couple of years having no one in my area to teach me. It’s hard to keep up the discipline especially when you feel alone in your learning process. I am dedicated to reaching out to as many students and dancers as possible through the online classes so this problem can be alleviated. Read more
