Get Your Belly Dance Questions Answered After Your Purchase
One of the problems with using DVDS as a learning tool is that you don’t have a resource you can call on when needed to get your questions answered. One of the ways we try to help dancers overcome this is by providing written text for many of our DVDS but this too only goes so far. In fact it is likely that the process of learning the moves and combinations from a DVD will give rise to more questions than it answers. We do recognize this as a potential problem for dancers. Especially dancers that may live in a remote area who may not have a built in support network of other dancers.
Providing on going support for Belly Dancers is one of our highest priorities. What we don’t want is for you to buy a DVD, get it, play it and then have any questions you may have go unanswered. Both Leyla and I want you to get the most out of your purchase by providing you with a simple and easy y way for you to get any question you may have answered completely and promptly.
Belly Dancing is an on going learning process. No one ever knows it ‘all’. We are all, always learning. It is an evolving art for each of us and so it is natural to have questions.
Getting Answers To Your Questions Is Easy, Here’s How
First, you should have received an email immediately after completing your DVD purchase. In this email there are simple instructions for how to get answers to your questions. The most important thing about this email is that it contains a password that you’ll need to access the customers only protected area. If for some reason you have lost this email, or didn’t get the password then send us a message using the contact form and we’ll get back to you promptly.
If you have the password for the protected page and you have a user account for the blog, then you’re ready to go. If you don’t have a blog user account click this link. Otherwise just follow the simple directions below.
- Go the homepage at www.leyla-najma.net
- Find the section on the bottom that says “Video Tips and Instruction”
- Click on the item titled, “Protected, For Belly Dance DVD Customers”.
- Once the page opens, enter the password you were provided contained in the email you received following your purchase.
- Ask your question by leaving a comment in the comment box
After you ask your question, Leyla will get notified via email immediately. She usually replies in 24 hours, or less and if you make sure you leave the “Subscribe To This Post” box checked (see screenshot below) then you will be notified via email as soon as Leyla replies.
Additionally by leaving the “Subscribe To This Post” box checked you will also be notified by email when anyone else poses a question and Leyla’s subsequent answer. This will give all dancers the opportunity to learn from each other.
